their shareholders and capital investments on the non-public market. The
Company incorporates consulting and investment activities through
investments in non-public companies, at the same time serving as a
financial consultant for public offerings.
The consulting activities are based on gaining financial funds for
companies or their proprietors by means of the following financial
instruments:
• public share offering,
• mergers and acquisitions,
• issue of debt instruments,
• issue on non-public market.
Skyline Investment S.A. invests in companies with dependable executive
staff, strong position in the industry and prospects of rapid growth and
expansion. The Company’s investment activities focus on the non-public
market and in particular involve pre-IPO investments. Skyline Investment
S.A. prefers investments in non-public companies, for which it acts as a
financial consultant in public offerings.
Structure of Capital Group
Skyline Investment S.A. capital group includes four subsidiaries:
Skyline Interim Management Sp. z o.o. – a company established in order to
introduce new competencies to the group relating to restructure and
temporary management of entities facing provisional economical
difficulties.
Skyline Development Sp. z o.o. – a company dedicated to investments on the
real estate market (trade in commercial proprieties).
Skyline Bio Sp. z o.o. – a target company established for the performance
of investments involving renewable energy sources and use of waste
generated by plant and animal production.
Skyline Venture Sp. z o.o. – a company dedicated to manage funds on its
own account and on behalf of the Skyline Investment S.A. capital group.
