Jacek Rodak
Chairman

Mr. Jacek Rodak graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology, in 1977 received M.Sc. degree at the Faculty of Precision Mechanics, and thereafter in 1982 received the title of Doctor of Science.

Professional career:

Marek Wierzbowski
Deputy Chairman
Age: 61 years

Mr. Marek Wierzbowski graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. In 1968, he received M.A. degree in law and thereafter the titles of doctor and habilitated doctor in law science and the title of professor in law science.

Professional career:
Since 1968 Prof. Marek Wierzbowski is a member of the academic staff at the University of Warsaw. Presently ordinary professor, Head of the Institute of Legal and Administrative Theory, Chairman of the Scientific Board of the Institute of Legal and Administrative Sciences. Prof. Wierzbowski – among others – was appointed pro-dean at the Faculty of Law and Administration and pro-rector of the University of Warsaw.

Prof. Marek Wierzbowski is a legal counsellor. For many years he was a senior partner at Weil Gotshal & Manges, thereafter at Linklaters, managed the Prof. Marek Wierzbowski Legal Advisors law office, and presently (since February 2007) is a partner at Prof. Marek Wierzbowski Legal Counsellors seated in Warsaw.

Prof. Wierzbowski is also the President of the Chamber Court of Brokerage Houses, member of Public Tenders Board, member of the Central Committee for Degrees and Academic Titles. For many years, he chaired the Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (at present Vice Chairman of the Board).


Witold Witkowski

Mr. Witold Witkowski graduated from the Medical University in Warsaw, in 1982 received the title of M.D.
Specialization: 2nd degree in orthopaedics and traumatology – March 1998
2nd degree in medical rehabilitation – November 2001.

Piotr Wojnar
